Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Analyst, Creative Content Solutions, within the Customer Strategy & Design team. You will craft visual design deliverables and collaborate with design leads, UX, and development to shape concepts and product experiences for clients.

In this role you will support the product lifecycle, including MVP launches and ongoing updates, while applying user-centered design principles. A hybrid work model with modest travel supports client engagements and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1+ years of experience creating visual designs for web or mobile apps (mockups, wireframes, prototypes).
• 1+ years using Figma and at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• 1+ years using design systems for enterprise digital experiences.
• 1+ years applying user-centered design to web/mobile product design.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Creating visual design deliverables, including mockups, wireframes, and prototypes, aligned to client brand standards, project goals, and user needs
• Collaborating with design leads and cross-functional teams to develop, present, and refine design concepts across design, user experience, and development workflows
• Supporting initiatives across the product lifecycle, including minimum viable product launches, feature releases, and maintenance updates for established digital products
• Using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content development, and design iteration
• Working in a hybrid delivery model with up to 30% co-location at assigned locations and up to 10% overnight travel for client or project needs

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance

Preferred:

• Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
• Experience working on minimum viable products, feature releases, or maintenance releases
• Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers across the product lifecycle
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate design workflows
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile application design, including Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience using motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, or Framer
