Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Creative Director to define and lead the digital visual storytelling strategy across email, advertising, social, and e-commerce, ensuring a consistent brand presence that drives engagement and business results.

You will lead a team of creatives, partner with UX, content, and marketing, evolve the design system, and champion AI-enabled workflows to scale high‑quality work for homeowner and Pro audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 8+ years in digital design and art direction with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing digital work across ecommerce, email, social, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, art direction, and creative strategy across campaigns for homeowner and Pro audiences.
• Develop and present creative concepts, storytelling, and visual language across channels.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing digital creative team.
• Partner with UX, ecommerce, marketing, lifecycle, CRM, social, analytics, merchandising, and product teams.
• Evolve the digital design system and champion AI-enabled workflows.
