Associated Bag is seeking a Creative Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI to lead the design team responsible for the website, catalogs, and all promotional materials. You will oversee production, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/marketing/advertising and 3–5 years of print and digital production in a B2B setting, with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience in B2B marketing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs creative direction for website, catalogs, promos to meet goals.
• Leads Marketing staff in design, layout, photography, and media.
• Assists in developing the annual marketing plan with EVP and Manager.
• Oversees copywriting, design, layout, and production of catalogs and emails.
• Sources production estimates from suppliers for catalogs and promos.
