• Inspire and mentor designers and photographers across teams.
• Oversee design for print, digital, broadcast, OOH and in-store marketing.
• Establish and refine Cavender’s brand standards and style guides.
• Ensure brand consistency and authenticity across customer touchpoints.
• Lead in-house photo studio decisions on photography style, locations, models.
• Set timelines and budgets, driving projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Ecommerce to determine content needs.
