Job summary

You will mentor a small in-house design team and collaborate with partners to translate the new brand platform into a distinctive visual language.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and drive growth through compelling, fast-turn creative while maintaining brand standards across all consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in CPG brand marketing, creatives, or social media with a portfolio showing omnichannel success.
• Proven track record leading and developing in-house creative teams.
• Strong hands-on craft; ability to translate creative work into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own visual direction and brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
• Lead packaging design, product campaigns, and brand campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Build and manage in-house design team and external partners for fast, high-quality output.
• Collaborate with Social Director on channel strategy and content distribution.
