Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of experience leading creative teams.
At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Director.
Creative portfolio that includes produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience at a large in-house creative team and with a Fortune 100 brand.
2+ years leveraging emerging AI technology (e.g., Gemini or Claude).

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to develop strategically-grounded, insight-driven creative.
Manage creative talent including full-time staff, contractors and agencies.
Coach and develop associates in their careers.
Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal clients to shape marketing strategy and customer experience.
Translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
Interpret market research and tests to focus targeted marketing messages.
Build relationships with partner groups to position Brand Creative as a strategic thought partner.
Present and influence with a convincing, inspiring style to gain buy-in.
