Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Creative Director to lead the development and execution of distinctive creative across our portfolio. You will translate business and audience insights into compelling campaigns, guiding work from concept through delivery while ensuring brand quality.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with Brand Marketing, and advance AI-driven creative workflows to stay at the cutting edge of our industry. Based in Atlanta with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience in agency or in-house brand environment.
• Experience working in a franchise model.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of designers and copywriters.
• Strong experience partnering with Brand Marketing and Operations teams.
• Portfolio showcasing storytelling and AI-enabled creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distinctive creative across Authority Brands' portfolio.
• Lead a multidisciplinary creative team from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and partners to translate business and audience insights into impactful creative concepts.
• Drive AI-powered creative workflows and best practices in campaigns across digital, social, and website content.
