Job summary

Gamma is seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative function in San Francisco, while remaining hands-on as a designer. You will help translate Gamma's brand for Fortune 100s and solo creators alike, managing a distributed design team and collaborating with marketers to ensure cohesive brand execution across regions.

You will drive AI-first creative production, establish quality standards, and shepherd brand identity across marketing, social, events, and sales collateral as Gamma grows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of creative experience at an agency or in-house brand-forward company.
• Daily fluency with AI creative tools and a clear point of view on how they transform creative production.
• Experience managing distributed creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, PMs, and product designers.
• Proven ability to hire and develop creative talent and raise the design bar.
• Experience building brand creative across segments, from self-serve to enterprise.
• Global perspective on design with localized programs for international audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own creative output for Gamma's high-visibility moments, from product launches to campaigns.
• Manage and elevate a distributed design team and hire new designers as the team grows.
• Drive AI-first creative production with repeatable ideation and asset workflows.
• Own Gamma's brand identity and visual systems across marketing, social, events, and sales materials.
• Develop strategies serving Gamma's broad audience, adapting tone while maintaining cohesion.
• Build frameworks for regional teams to produce on-brand work quickly across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
