Huge is an independent, human‑first AI‑native design and technology company. We seek a Lead Creative to shape Huge’s brand across all core channels. You will develop campaign concepts, social content, digital ads, web content, and design systems, taking work from idea to final production.

You’ll lead creative expression across media, shape event presence, partner creative, and employee merchandise, and bring a bold, human perspective to the brand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in art direction, brand design, and campaign development.
• Strong portfolio and ability to translate concepts into final production.
• Fluency with AI tools and modern design workflows.
