Job summary

Gamma is building and operating a high-volume, AI-powered creative production pipeline for paid acquisition in San Francisco. You will test hundreds of ads monthly by combining AI asset generation with editorial judgment to optimize performance.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers and strategists, design scalable production processes, own Gamma’s brand identity across marketing, social, events, and sales, and lead a distributed design team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Performance or direct-response creative background with proof you've shipped high volumes of ad creative fast.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools (LLMs, image generation, video, voiceover).
• Builder's instinct with prompt engineering, APIs, and light automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills reading creative and account performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with static and video formats.
• Nice to have: familiarity with subscription and LTV dynamics

Responsibilities

• Design and run a pipeline converting creative briefs into production-ready static and video ads at scale
• Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to keep fresh creative in testing continuously
• Analyze performance data to understand which ads impact CPA and iterate accordingly
• Own Gamma's brand identity and visual systems across marketing, social, events, and sales
• Develop creative strategies serving the full audience spectrum from creators to Fortune 100 companies
• Build frameworks enabling regional teams to produce on-brand work quickly
• Manage and expand a distributed design team as the company grows
