We’re looking for an exceptional Creative Director to architect and scale our entire creative function during our next growth phase. This leadership role reports directly to the CMO and oversees our design and web development teams, serving as the creative engine that powers our brand growth and customer experience.

How You'll Make An Impact
  1. Strategic Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee creative strategies aligned with our growth objectives, managing design and web development to maximize brand impact and engagement.
  2. Campaign and Asset Delivery: Manage processes that deliver impactful assets for multi-channel campaigns.
  3. Brand Architecture: Develop multi-channel creative approaches that elevate our brand and translate complex offerings into visual narratives.
  4. Team Building & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing creative team; establish career development paths.
  5. Creative Accountability: Own and exceed creative quality targets, managing resources and timelines effectively.
  6. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership on campaign execution, user experience, and brand vision.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing design and web development teams.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field is preferred.
  3. Proven experience scaling creative organizations in B2B SaaS environments.
  4. Ability to inspire teams and create accountability structures.
  5. Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative thinking across channels.
  6. Knowledge of design principles, tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), and web development fundamentals (Webflow).
  7. Forward-looking mindset to anticipate design trends and position the brand for long-term success.
  8. Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a growth environment.
  9. Creative problem-solving skills for innovative design and user experience solutions.
