The Marketing team is hiring for a Creative Director.
Cboe is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the development and execution of our visual strategy. In this pivotal role, you will shape and manage Cboe’s visual identity across internal and external channels—spanning digital, print, web, and every brand expression in between. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Corporate Marketing, you will oversee a team of talented graphic designers, working collaboratively across departments and geographies to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions.
The Creative Director will champion brand consistency, clarity, and excellence in every touchpoint, ensuring that Cboe’s brand principles are brought to life in dynamic and meaningful ways.

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $165,750-$204,750. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
