Job summary

WITF and Pennon Education are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to elevate our brands through compelling visual content for digital and print advertising, social media, emails, events, and promotional materials. Video skills are not required but landing pages are a bonus.

You will design across campaigns, apply typography and branding, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with printers to ensure production-ready files. Flexibility for occasional events may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design for digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with CMS platforms and website updates.
• Strong organization and multi-project management skills.
• Willingness for evening/weekend events (up to 4/year).
• Bonus: web/landing page design experience.

This role focuses primarily on graphic design for digital and print advertising, social media, email, events, and promotional materials — with website/landing page design as a valuable bonus skill.

What You'll Do

• Concept and design creative for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and large-format applications (signage, banners, event displays)
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling to maintain consistent branding across WITF and Pennon Education
• Manage projects end-to-end — from concept through revisions, approval, and production-ready files
• Coordinate with printers/vendors on quotes, proofs, and production specs
• Partner with internal teams to translate goals and messaging into effective creative

Requirements

• Strong portfolio spanning print and digital design, typography, layout, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (or comparable tools)
• Experience with CMS platforms and website content updates
• Excellent organization, communication, and multi-project management skills
