Based in New York, you will oversee talent development, shoots, and on-set production, driving video franchises across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while aligning with brand KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in the digital media space.
• Experience interviewing high-profile talent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and video editing with graphics.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead brainstorms for new video series and pilots.
• Pitch ideas across social and YouTube to fill programming calendars.
• Produce and direct shoots for video platforms, including on-set direction.
• Self-film high-quality video on iPhone and edit with Adobe Premiere.
• Collaborate with editorial to develop talent and formats.
• Track video performance and adjust creative with Audience Development.
