Job summary

ADT is seeking a Designer to support brand and creative production across digital and offline channels. You will produce high-quality visual assets quickly while preserving brand standards, partnering with marketing, social, and content teams to keep campaigns moving.

The role requires 3+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. This hybrid role involves a 4-days-in-office, 1-day-remote schedule in the Irving, TX area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience in in-house, agency, or D2C environments.
• Portfolio showing high-volume, multi-channel execution.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for digital placements (email, social, paid media, display, landing pages) and offline media (DM, sales materials, signage).
• Translate briefs into polished creative aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Prepare production-ready files across formats, placements, and device breakpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters and channel teams to ensure strong message and visual alignment.
• Partner with media agency to understand media buys, stay current with platform best practices, and review performance to optimize iterations.
• Maintain and evolve templates, component libraries, and design documentation.
• Support campaign launches with quick-turn updates and last-mile production adjustments.
• Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback with speed and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize deliverables across deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and creative quality.
