The role blends hands-on design with creative direction, requires 5+ years of experience, and expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, strong typography and branding skills, and collaboration with account and analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Portfolio showing original campaign concepts through completed execution.
• Strong ability to translate concepts into campaign-ready artwork.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Concept Development: Create original campaign ideas aligned with client objectives and present them to internal teams.
• Design Implementation & Fulfillment: Produce campaign art for print, digital, social media, email, signage, and OOH.
• Design Team Support & Creative Direction: Guide and review other designers to maintain campaign vision.
• Collaboration & Workflow: Coordinate with account/analytics teams and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
