Job summary

Wantable, a data-driven fashion company, is seeking a hands-on Creative Design Manager to lead a small design team while remaining deeply involved in concepting paid media, email, web, social, print, and integrated campaigns. You will turn objectives and customer insights into cohesive, high-performing creative that strengthens the Wantable brand.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, rapid testing, and scalable systems. Must live in Milwaukee or relocate to work on-site several days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within ecommerce or retail.
• Experience directly managing and developing designers.
• Strong portfolio across channels (paid media, email, web, social, print).
• Experience with email marketing, landing pages, and ecommerce web experiences.
• Experience contributing to or leading photo/video shoots.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the design team of 2-3 designers and provide clear direction.
• Create high-performing, scalable brand and performance creative across channels.
• Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Marketing to analyze performance and guide testing.
• Own concepts from concept to production and iterative learning.
• Build templates and systems to increase speed and capacity.
