The role blends design, strategy, and leadership, reporting to the Content Director, with on-site collaboration 4–5 days per week. You will translate strategy into high-performing visuals, mentor a content team, and collaborate across Photo Studio, Merchandising, and Growth to sustain Wantable's brand

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience across digital channels.
• Experience leading a content team and mentoring designers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate content strategy into strong visual executions across paid, organic social, ecommerce, email/SMS, live, and other digital channels.
• Serve as Content Director's right hand in moving creative priorities and productions forward.
• Design and deliver content from concept through final delivery, including static graphics, digital ads, social content, and campaign visuals.
• Help with day-to-day creative production, determining what needs to be designed, shot, or edited based on priorities.
• Develop concepts, layouts, shot lists, scripts, and visual approaches that bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain a strong visual POV across channels while adapting to each platform.
