Responsibilities

• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish and portion food according to guidelines.
• Store food properly following safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests.
