Aramark Corporation is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. You will turn recipes into plated dishes, using fresh ingredients while expressing creativity and following production guidelines to ensure quality.

In this fast-paced role, you will prep, measure, and cook a variety of foods, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and sanitation. You will contribute to guest satisfaction and uphold Aramark's standards in service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use diverse cooking methods.
• Arrange and portion food according to guidelines.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
