• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food per production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Sets up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming and peeling.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and similar equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams using various methods for meats and vegetables.
• Garnishes and portions food per guidelines.
• Stores food following food safety policies and sanitation.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor.
