Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and portioning.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and comply with safety policies.
