Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role

• Ability to obtain food safety certification
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
• Strong interpersonal communication, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping
• Safely uses utensils and operates kitchen equipment
• Bakes, roasts, steams, and uses different cooking methods
• Garnishes and portions food according to guidelines
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and clean work areas
• Provides friendly service to guests and teammates
