Qualificações

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, chop, trim, and prep ingredients.
• Safely use knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Cook using diverse methods and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food safely and maintain sanitation of areas and equipment.
• Provide friendly guest service and uphold safety policies.
