Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and safety regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and trim ingredients.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food following safety policies and sanitize work areas and equipment.
