Job summary

You will work with ovens, slicers, and mixers to produce meals that meet production guidelines and client standards. The role requires basic math and strong teamwork to ensure timely service and high quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Ability to follow basic food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain a positive demeanor.
