Responsibilities

• Safely use knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use multiple cooking methods.
• Garnish and portion food according to guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation; clean work areas and equipment.
