Qualifikationen

• Must be able to acquire food safety certification
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills
• Interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

• Cook a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming and peeling
• Safely use knives and other utensils
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers)
• Cook using methods like baking, roasting, broiling, steaming
• Arrange, garnish and portion foods per guidelines
• Store food following safety policies
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Maintain positive guest service and demeanor
• Follow Aramark safety policies and food sanitation standards
• Protect company assets
