Job summary

Aramark is looking for a Cook to bring recipes to life in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and dependable equipment, following production guidelines and safety procedures to deliver high-quality meals.

You’ll cook, assemble, and present a variety of foods, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to excellent guest service. The role requires basic math, food safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a busy team on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Strong math and counting skills and good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim and peel food items.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use various cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish and portion food per guidelines.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
