Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with creativity in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and trusted equipment, following production guidelines and safety procedures to deliver high-quality meals.

Responsibilities include preparing diverse dishes, setting up workstations, measuring ingredients, and maintaining sanitation. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic culinary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use different cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Properly store food by following safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and ensure asset security.
