Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use diverse cooking methods
• Plate and portion food per guidelines and standards
• Store food properly and follow safety procedures
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment
• Provide good customer service and positive attitude to guests and coworkers
• Follow Aramark safety policies and protect company assets
