Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, peeling.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use multiple cooking methods.
• Garnish and portion food per guidelines; ensure proper storage and sanitation.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist in keeping guests and customers happy.
