Trans Skills, an HRIS solutions business founded in 2008 and headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a creative Designer/Content Specialist to join its communications team in the United States. You will craft professional internal announcements, campaigns, and profiles with both Arabic and English messaging.

You will own the full creative process from messaging to final design, collaborating across departments, developing concepts, and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; strong bilingual content/copywriting capabilities and hands-on creative design skills.
• Portfolio/work samples demonstrating Arabic and English communications, campaigns, announcements, or similar creative work.

Responsabilités

• Create professional and engaging designs for internal announcements, campaigns, employee communications, presentations, profiles/bios, invitations, posters, and digital content.
• Develop, rewrite, and enhance content rather than simply placing provided text into a design.
• Show excellence in both Arabic copywriting and professional English communication.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, messaging, and approaches for target audiences.
• Utilize design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to deliver polished materials.
• Ensure corporate branding, language consistency, and attention to detail throughout the process.

• Creative Design: Ability to create professional and engaging designs for internal announcements, campaigns, employee communications, presentations, profiles/bios, invitations, posters, and digital content.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Ability to develop, rewrite, and enhance content rather than simply placing provided text into a design.
• Arabic & English: Excellent command of both languages, particularly strong Arabic writing, wording, proofreading, and editing skills, as well as professional English communication.
• Creative Concept Development: Ability to understand the purpose and target audience of a communication and propose creative concepts, layouts, messaging, and approaches.
• Design Tools: Strong hands-on experience with relevant creative and design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools.
• Corporate Communication: Ability to produce polished material suitable for a professional/corporate environment while maintaining creativity and visual appeal.
• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and ability to ensure consistency in language, branding, formatting, and overall quality. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can manage the full creative process — from understanding the requirement, developing or refining the messaging, proposing the creative direction, to producing the final communication/design.

Eligibility- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent. Need someone who can demonstrate both strong bilingual content/copywriting capabilities and hands-on creative design skills, rather than someone whose experience is limited to graphic design execution. Would also need a portfolio/work samples demonstrating Arabic and English communications, campaigns, announcements, or similar creative work.
