Job summary

Proficiency in InDesign, Canva, WordPress, and Constant Contact is required, with 2–5 years in design/marketing. Hybrid teamwork included with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graphic design proficiency with branding discipline.
• Promotional writing to describe programs and events clearly.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills for multi-channel content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with digital and print communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary graphic design resource for polished materials.
• Design digital and print assets: emails, social posts, flyers, newsletters.
• Manage website, calendars, email lists, and social channels.
• Coordinate biweekly community eblast content.
• Lead quarterly digital newsletter with stories and updates.
• Write and proofread engaging content for multiple channels.
• Maintain consistent branding across communications.
