Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey seeks a skilled graphic designer to create and manage branded assets across print and digital media, including invitations, flyers, emails, and annual reports.

You will design, edit, and publish content for WordPress-based sites and email campaigns, support fundraising and community outreach, and ensure brand consistency across multiple programs. Strong communication and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and/or multimedia communications.
• Creative multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with graphic design, website management, marketing and communications. Funds development and/or copy-editing experience a plus.
• Experience with email marketing design (MailChimp, Constant Contact) and WordPress a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing software, video editing software, and CMSs (WordPress, HubSpot, Squarespace).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design print and digital media including invitations, flyers, e-mail marketing design, signs and banners, annual reports, brochures, and direct mail solicitations.
• Manage content on websites and assist with website coding as needed.
• Assist with development of marketing campaigns for events, community outreach, and funds development.
• Communicate effectively and uphold the brand identity across multiple brands.
