Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable design software.
• Strong office, computer, and oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing collateral for the Communications and Marketing Departments, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in distributing the weekly Family Information newsletter and maintaining the district Eventlink calendar.
• Coordinate projects and oversee clerical functions; manage calendars for senior staff; handle printing and document routing.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library of photos, graphics and brand files.
• Support public records requests, website content updates, and Information Guide maintenance.
