Qualifications

• Associate Degree required in related field.
• Course work in finance, construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• Three years' experience in finance, construction management, design, materials and operations.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Indiana driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and administrators on planning and implementation of capital and physical plant improvements.
• Coordinate capital project activities with architectural, construction, and maintenance staff and contractors.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and priorities; monitor progress.
• Inspect completed projects for accuracy and compliance with contracts and specs.
• Provide technical guidance to internal decision makers and assist in scope feasibility and budgeting.
