Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks a Commercial Producer for WCBD TV in the Charleston area. You will develop client commercials and lifestyle segments from concept to completion, including scripting, shooting, graphics, and editing.

Required are post-production expertise, brand translation skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on PC. You will coordinate with the Company Hub and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats.
• Broad understanding of marketing and design and ability to translate brand identity into day-to-day project creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite production package (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Media Encoder) on PC.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to relay project status, assets needed, and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client commercial production, lifestyle show, and News promotion production including shooting and editing.
• Coordinate and assign creative elements with the Company Hub for commercial and news use.
• Maintain multiple projects with varying production styles while delivering strong customer service.
• Extensive experience shooting and editing projects on deadlines.
• Work within After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems.
