Onward Search is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a temporary role to lead high-volume marketing campaigns across email, site ads, order pages, and paid social. You will guide campaigns from intake to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, approvals, and asset management within Airtable and related tools.

• 4+ years in program or project management within marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Proficiency with Airtable or comparable work-management platforms.
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to manage creative workflows.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative campaign execution for email, site ads, order pages, and paid social.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time, on brand, on strategy, and on budget.
• Prioritize high-volume projects while identifying conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Maintain Airtable project data and other team tools to support workflow, reporting, and business needs.
• Manage briefs, timelines, status tracking, meetings, feedback, approvals, asset permissions, and project archiving.
