Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking staff for a seasonal program in San Francisco. The role focuses on supervising campers, facilitating a variety of activities, and maintaining safe, welcoming spaces for children aged 4–12.

Staff will also monitor safety, assist with activity set-ups, and support the camp’s playful learning environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, patient, able to work with groups, and comfortable with physical activity and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers
• Maintaining an organized and approachable activity space
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions
• Adding daily updates and photos to campers’ profiles
