Job summary

Steve & Kate's in San Ramon, CA is seeking team members to supervise and accompany campers on field trips, chaperone activities, and help foster curiosity in a playful, inclusive environment.

You’ll travel by bus to several stops, monitor safety and wellness, and support kids as they explore. Applicants should be at least 18, have 2+ months experience with campers, and hold First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops while engaging with kids.
• Actively supervise campers and ensure safety throughout activities.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Record notable concerns or incidents and any injuries to campers or staff.
• Monitor camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
