Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the bakery counter.
• Set up timelines and production schedules for daily cake orders.
• Decorate bakery items and stay current on cake designs and trends.
• Lead part-time employees and collaborate with the bakery team.
• Check product dates, pull cases, and fill or replace items as needed.
• Deliver wedding cakes on site outside the store and assist as required.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work area following guidelines.
