Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock goals and maintain displays.
• Decorate cakes and other bakery items with icing, piping, and decorations.
• Take special orders from guests over the phone or in person.
• Maintain product quality by checking dates and condition in the sales area.
• Provide exemplary guest service and assist customers in locating products.
• Ensure bakery safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Rotate stock and ensure freshest products are displayed.
