Responsibilities

• Fill tables and cases with cakes from prep to sales area.
• Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock goals.
• Apply merchandising principles to generate sales and WOW guests.
• Take special orders by phone or in person.
• Maintain product quality and check dates/condition.
