• Manage cake out-dates daily.
• Receive and process cake orders.
• Manage cake and icing inventory.
• Manage decorating station with icing preparation and sanitation.
• Maintain a positive, friendly relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stock and maintain product displays per quality and merchandising standards.
• Potential to work in deli and bakery areas.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
