You will keep a clean, organized work area, prep decorations, and ensure display cases are visually appealing and well stocked. You’ll read order forms, follow established recipes, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

This fast-paced role requires accuracy, consistency, and pride in product quality across the bakery department.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders and gathering details.
• Experience with icing, piping, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with preparing icing, toppings, and decorative elements.
• Consistency in design execution and presentation per orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet timelines.
• Understanding of displaying well-stocked, visually appealing cases.
• Ability to read and interpret order forms and production instructions.
• Comfort with adapting to changing priorities and order volume.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
