Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Cake Decorator to create decorated cakes and desserts, apply icing, designs, and fulfill custom orders according to recipes and decoration standards.

Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure display cases are stocked and visually consistent. You will process customer orders, review details, and complete decorations to match specifications in a fast-paced environment emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Communication with customers and colleagues to gather order details.
• Cake decorating experience including icing and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of preparing icing, whipped toppings, and decorative elements.
• Consistent design execution, labeling and presentation per orders.
• Manage multiple orders while maintaining workflow and timelines.
• Maintain visually consistent and well-stocked display cases.
• Read and interpret order forms and production instructions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and varying order volume.
• Understand sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45lbs occasionally.
