Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, illustration, or related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience developing cohesive design systems across multiple products, packaging formats, and collections.
• Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to translate inspiration into polished, production-ready artwork.
• Experience incorporating photography, illustration, typography, patterns, and other visual elements into packaging designs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute innovative packaging and graphic designs for beauty, fragrance, and body care products across seasonal collections, core assortments, and innovation initiatives.
• Translate fragrance concepts, consumer insights, and market trends into distinctive visual designs that align with brand identity and business objectives.
• Develop cohesive design systems across multiple product formats, ensuring consistency in typography, color, graphics, patterns, photography, and overall visual storytelling.
• Create mood boards, concept presentations, and design materials that effectively communicate creative direction.
• Explore innovative materials, decorative techniques, finishes, and graphic treatments that enhance product appeal and shelf presence.
