Job summary

BakeChop Co's Hunters & Gatherers is seeking an experienced bartender to join our front-of-house team. You will craft cocktails for a busy restaurant, take beverage and food orders, build regulars, and keep the bar stocked and organized.

We value personality, urgency, creativity, attention to detail, and real hospitality experience, with opportunities to develop seasonal cocktails, limited specials, and themed drinks for the bar program.

Qualifications

• Strong bartending experience is required.
• Full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Comfortable creating cocktails and developing drink specials.
• Comfortable working with seasonal ingredients and house recipes.
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented.
• Fast, organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take care of bar guests and make cocktails for the restaurant.
• Take food and beverage orders and build regulars.
• Keep the bar stocked and organized and support the FOH team.
• Develop seasonal cocktails, limited specials, themed drinks, and new ideas for the bar.
