The role requires serving responsibly, verifying age with ID, handling payments, and maintaining bar cleanliness and compliance with safety policies. Experience of 3-6 months and Alcohol Awareness Certification are preferred; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Checks identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Presents menu, takes food and beverage orders, and answers questions.
• Prepares drink orders including wine, liquor, and beer.
• Maintains bar area and ensures cleanliness of bars, work areas, and glassware.
• Manages bill, processes payments, and balances receipts.
• Ensures proper reporting of tips for tax purposes.
• Assists with organizing lounge/bar operations and inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
